Executive Assistant to Co-CEO, Luxury Real Estate Firm, New York, New York, Hybrid
Our client, a prestigious luxury real estate firm headquartered in Miami with an office in New York City, midtown is seeking an Executive Assistant “right hand” to support the Co-CEO. This is a dynamic role for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with a hospitality mentality. The ideal candidate has supported a c-suite executive for at least 5 years, preferably in the real estate or finance space. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in their small satellite office in midtown where the CO-CEO is located.
About the Job:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-CEO, including complex calendar management, setting up in-person and video meetings and prioritizing shifting demands.
- Manage and the Co-CEO’s email inbox, flagging critical matters and drafting correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Co-CEO and NY based team, including detailed itineraries
- Act as liaison with internal stakeholders and clients
- Organize internal and external meetings, including any needed materials
- Handle all expense reporting for the team.
- Plan events, dinners and other offsites
- Ad hoc projects
- Provide general office support and ensure the Co-CEO’s day runs smoothly and efficiently.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership, preferably in real estate or finance.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional, proactive, and polished with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Discreet, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A true team player that understands how to support a very busy senior executive
