Sales Executive

Brooklyn, NY - Hybrid one day/week in office

100-150K + 15% commission structure, with residual earning opportunities

Position Overview:

A rapidly growing provider of remote video surveillance and property security solutions is seeking an ambitious and strategic Sales Executive to drive business development in NYC and beyond. With a proven track record across construction sites, residential buildings, warehouses, and commercial properties, the company is positioned to scale — and needs a skilled closer to lead the charge.

This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson who thrives in complex B2B environments and understands how to penetrate the property management and real estate development markets. Support systems are in place — including CRM, proposal prep, and admin help — allowing you to focus on generating leads and closing deals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated

  • Proven experience selling B2B services or solutions (ideally to real estate or construction sectors)

  • Strong hunter mentality with a strategic approach to outreach

  • Not afraid of a long sales cycle or a tough pitch

  • Experienced with CRM systems and proposal coordination

  • Confident communicator who knows how to gain trust

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new clients in the construction, residential, commercial, and warehousing sectors

  • Build relationships with property management companies and developers

  • Manage full sales cycle from outreach to closing, using CRM tools to track activity

  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and present customized solutions

  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships with residual commission potential

  • Report on KPIs and provide insight into market trends and opportunities

Qualifications and Must-Haves:

  • experience in B2B service sales

  • Direct experience selling into property management, construction, or real estate is a major advantage

  • Excellent follow-up skills and disciplined pipeline management

  • Ability to work independently and generate your own leads

  • High closing rate and ability to sell in complex, competitive environments

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
