Job DescriptionEnterprise Account Manager (Sales) – Audio Visual Solutions

Location: Based in Hauppauge, NY – Primarily Remote with Customer Travel
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Strong Quarterly Commission Structure
Experience: Minimum 5 years in AV solution sales with a proven track record

*Must live in the New York Tri-State area as this is the area this person will be servicing and will have to travel

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team at a leading Audio Visual solutions provider headquartered in Hauppauge, NY. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys building strong client relationships through travel and strategic engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering tailored AV solutions.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.

  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling audio visual solutions to enterprise clients.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of AV technologies, integration, and industry trends.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to travel regularly to client sites across the region.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with AV integrators or manufacturers.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

  • Technical certifications or training in AV systems (e.g., CTS) a plus.



Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
