Were looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant to own the entire accounting function from monthly close to revenue recognition. If youre a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, this role is for you.
What Youll Do
- Manage full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end close
- Own revenue recognition (ASC 606) and SaaS-specific accounting practices
- Produce monthly financial reports and collaborate on budgets and forecasting
- Lead audits, compliance filings, and relationships with external CPAs
- Optimize financial systems and internal processes
- Partner with the CEO to prepare board reports and fundraising readiness
- supporting fundraising efforts, including preparation of financial models, investor materials, and participation in due diligence processes
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years in accounting, including 2+ years in B2B SaaS
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, SaaS metrics, and full-cycle bookkeeping
- Strong with tools like QuickBooks, Stripe, Bill.com, Gusto, and Excel
- Proactive, detail-driven, and highly organized
- Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats
- CPA or equivalent a plus
- Demonstrated involvement in fundraising activities, such as financial modeling, preparing investor decks, and managing due diligence documentation in collaboration with executive leadership.
