As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, creating opportunities for sales, and helping to drive growth through LinkedIn outreach. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build and nurture relationships that result in closed deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn

  • Craft personalized outreach messages to engage with prospects

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team

  • Track and report on outreach performance and results

  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve sales targets

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for LinkedIn outreach

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and its tools for business development

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus

  • A passion for learning and growing in the field of business development

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Must have a passion for Finance and Accounting

Compensation:

This internship is paid with a commission-based structure, where you will earn a percentage of every deal you help close. The more successful you are in generating leads and closing sales, the higher your potential earnings.
