Position Overview
Our client is looking for a friendly, outgoing Community Recruiter to connect with local Spanish-speakers in the Rockland County area. Successful clients will be able to handle a high volume of staffing. This scope will go beyond recruitment by helping individuals onboard and register for work with the company.
Location: Spring Valley, NY
Reports to: Director of Operations
Schedule: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hourly Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 USD/Hour
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local neighborhoods, stores, and community spots to meet potential job seekers
- Build friendly relationships and share information about available jobs
- Collect contact information and help interested individuals sign up
- Maintain a simple record of contacts and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people
- Familiarity with Rockland County communities preferred
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach
- Ability to track recruitment data via Excel and other programs
Compensation
The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market. The salary range for this position is a good faith estimate that allows for flexibility to align with various levels of experience, education, and performance.
