A one-stop-shop for assessment testing and abatement of environmental hazards, providing reliable, compliant, and efficient solutions to ensure healthier, safer spaces for their clients. As the first point of contact in the office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This position is responsible for answering phones, taking messages, and performing light administrative duties to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate staff members
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Assist with scheduling, office supplies inventory, and other clerical support as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
