- Base Pay: $18–$20/hour (paid weekly)
- Uncapped Performance Bonuses: Earn more for every qualified appointment you set!
- Top Performers: $25–$35+/hour (and more during peak weeks)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Talk with homeowners in local neighborhoods (we train you—no experience needed)
- Introduce Comfort’s home improvement solutions
- Set free, no-obligation in-home estimates
- Represent Comfort at home shows, fairs, and community events
- Work alongside a fun, competitive, coach-led team
- Track progress using our simple mobile tools and proven pitch

- Must be 18+
- Reliable transportation
