Job Title: Mobile Device Management (MDM) Support Engineer
Location: Purchase, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite

Acture Solutions is seeking a skilled and service-oriented MDM Support Engineer to join our on-site support team. This Level II role is ideal for someone with strong Apple ecosystem experience, advanced troubleshooting ability, and a passion for keeping systems and processes clean, documented, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as Level II escalation point for complex technical issues, primarily related to Apple devices

  • Manage and support Apple devices (macOS, iOS) using Jamf MDM platform

  • Track and manage Apple hardware inventory, including deployment, maintenance, and asset lifecycle

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures, support guides, and inventory logs

  • Provide both on-site and remote support to users across various environments

  • Mentor Level I technicians in Apple support and MDM best practices

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security protocols, and industry standards

What You Bring

  • Proven experience supporting Apple devices in an enterprise or education setting

  • At least 4 years of expertise in Apple Mobile Device Management (Jamf required)

  • Jamf certification highly preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve L2 support tickets independently

  • Experience managing apple hardware inventory and maintaining accurate asset records

  • Familiarity with documentation and knowledge base tools

  • Ability to coach and guide junior team members

  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through

  • Required to currently reside within an hour commute of job posting location.
