A Global Tech Company is Looking to Hire a Operations Support/Manager!!
Title: Operations Support/Manager
Location: United States (Chicago, San Francisco, New York)
Contract Duration: 6 months, with possibility to extend
Pay Range: $29 - $32/hr. DOE
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, personable, and highly-organized Operations Support professional to join a fast-paced team driving the growth of a groundbreaking AI-powered gig platform. This role will help expand our network and optimize how we attract, onboard, and support skilled gig workers across the U.S.
You’ll collaborate closely with local and regional operations teams to execute outreach, streamline logistics, and enhance processes. If you're energized by community-focused work, logistical puzzles, and innovation at scale, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Support operations through U.S. outreach, logistics, and process improvement for city- and region-wide initiatives
- Serve as the operational glue for major promotions, programs, and events
- Design and execute creative solutions to generate interest and onboard earners at scale
- Support earners throughout the onboarding journey via branded, high-touch interactions
- Maintain documentation and FAQs to assist with earner questions and ambassador issues
- Respond promptly to support issues both in-person and over email
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, community) to streamline systems
- Bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset to all aspects of the role
Hard Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree (recent graduates welcome)
- 1–2 years of operations, analytical, or related experience (internships included)
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for AI, gig work, and tech-enabled community building
- Experience in university organizations, student associations, or campus outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through abilities
