About the role:

We are looking for a self-motivated Sales Director whose competitive spirit thrives in pursuing and winning new business opportunities. The role will manage an existing list of accounts and pursue new brands for growth. This individual feels comfortable working independently, while also forging internal relationships in order to collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue for the company.


If you have or can do these, you might be a fit for this role:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years within the digital sales environment; Entertainment preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quarterly/yearly revenue targets
  • Existing relationships with supporting media agencies as well at client level
  • Knowledge within the branded content, CTV, social, digital & media marketplace
  • Willing to travel, as needed (required); Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.


Responsibilities:

  • Driving revenue for the company through a thoughtful sales strategy in the West coast territory while achieving quarterly/yearly sales goals
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of the NGLmit social/media ecosystem, multicultural

landscape, and industry trends.

  • Securing new business leads through our multi-media brand solutions in order to help clients meet their business challenges
  • Working closely with internal departments, such as account management, research, and creative teams to ensure that we are delivering world class service to our partners.
  • Educating brand partners of the value and competitive advantage that NGLmit serves to our clients
  • Proactively build and grow a pipeline via prospecting new business leads while leveraging your brand connections
  • Sharing market feedback to help to develop strategic advertising solutions for the Company
  • Entertaining clients with creative experiences during and outside of business hours, both in person and remotely performing additional tasks as assigned
