The Opportunity
We're looking for a seasoned, entrepreneurial Property & Casualty Division Manager to take the reins of a growing
division and drive it to the next level. This role blends leadership, strategy, and production. The right candidate will
possess a strong commercial insurance background, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to shape a division for
long-term profitability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Division Leadership:
▪ Oversee all P&C operations - commercial and personal lines, producers, and account teams
▪ Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy, expanding beyond our strong workers' comp roots into
diversified commercial lines.
▪ Hire, mentor, and support the professional development of producers and account managers.
▪ Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations to ensure efficient workflows and exceptional service.

Business Development & Retention:
▪ Manage and grow a personal portfolio of commercial clients
▪ Lead new business, especially among payroll clients through our pay-as-you-go workers' comp integration.
▪ Identify cross-sell opportunities across divisions and maximize lifetime client value
▪ Maintain and strengthen key client relationships through hands-on, proactive service

Drive Profitability:
▪ Track performance and move the needle on revenue and margin
▪ Participate in an incentive program based on year-over-year improvement and net profit share.
▪ Make data-driven decisions on resource allocation, account strategy, and performance improvements.

What You Bring:
▪ 7+ years of commercial insurance experience (agency or carrier)
▪ Strong knowledge of core coverages: workers' comp, BOP, EPLI, cyber liability, etc.
▪ Proven success in both selling and leading
▪ NY P&C license (or ability to obtain it quickly)
▪ Growth mindset with a team-first attitude

Compensation Package
OTE: $135K+ (base + commission + profit share) Based on Experience
