Therapist
Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Therapists to join our clinical team. In this role, you will serve a diverse population - including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families - with opportunities to specialize in areas such as trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, justice-involved populations, and more. Therapists will provide both in-office and remote services, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to support clients in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intakes, psychosocial assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Provide individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling services.
- Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with prescribers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care.
- Facilitate and/or co-facilitate therapy groups, contributing to program development and clinical initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience working with diverse populations, with a strong commitment to equity and culturally responsive care.
- Training or interest in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or specialized populations (e.g., LGBTQIA+, justice-involved).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
