Are you passionate about building community and making a difference for those impacted by mental health conditions? Our team is seeking a Development & Fundraising Manager to help us grow its mission and impact.
This is more than a fundraising job; it’s a chance to be part of a small but mighty team, where every idea counts, collaboration is essential, and your work directly helps individuals and families across the state.
What you’ll do:
- Lead fundraising and donor engagement strategies, including individual giving, sponsorships, and grants
- Plan and execute signature events and community fundraisers that inspire participation and generosity
- Build relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to mission
- Collaborate with the team on marketing, communications, and outreach to grow awareness and support
- Track fundraising progress, donor data, and outcomes to measure impact and guide strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in fundraising, donor relations, or development; nonprofit experience is a plus
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a lean, hands-on team
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to events, campaigns, and community engagement
- A genuine passion for mental health advocacy and community support (lived experience or indirect connection welcomed and valued)

Salary: $65,000-70,000, plus benefits.
Location: Albany, NY (onsite)
