Business Development Specialist

In this role with Eklego, the Business Development Specialist supports the sales process through phone-based sales, focused on identifying new opportunities and establishing relationships with Senior Care organizations looking to transform their workforce.
What you will do as a Business Support Specialist:
- Product Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Eklego's services to effectively address customer questions.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Use phone-based outreach and email campaigns to connect with Senior Care organizations.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Research potential leads, qualify prospects, and introduce Eklego's services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position Eklego's services.
- CRM Management: Track Prospecting and Target phases and client communications in our CRM system to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Demonstrate Eklego's guiding principles while performing all assigned responsibilities.
What you will need to qualify as a Business Development Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B role is preferred.
- Ability to connect with and understand customers' needs, build trust, and rapport.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude; strong drive and resilience.
