We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functionality. Bilingual Spanish capabilities are preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update records using accounting and office management software.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Oversee the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative matters.
• Provide support to financial services, including expense tracking and reporting.
• Train and guide staff on office protocols and software usage.
• Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly.
• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems and office management tools.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with handling inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial services and expense management tools.
• Experience in training or guiding team members is a plus.
