We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.

  • Document customer interactions and update customer records.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

  • Handle customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software is preferred.

  • Bilingual is a plus but not required.
