We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and assist with general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Prepare documents and reports
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
- Greet and assist guest/clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
