Social Media Manager, Branded Content
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Boardroom is looking for a savvy, detail-oriented Social Media Manager focused on Branded Content to join our growing social and marketing team. This person will sit at the intersection of content and partnerships, acting as the connective tissue between what a brand needs and how our audience engages. You’ll be responsible for turning sponsorship deliverables into smart, scroll-stopping content — all while maintaining the distinct tone and voice of Boardroom.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Social and will work closely with teammates across content, marketing, and sales. If you understand how to build branded graphics that people want to engage with, and know how to move effortlessly between stakeholders, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the social execution of brand partnership content across platforms (IG, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YT Shorts)
  • Be a primary point of contact between our Social and Partnerships teams; with flexibility to do so on weekends based on our events calendar & partnership deliverables
  • Translate partnership deliverables into engaging, on-brand content
  • Build and maintain a content calendar specific to branded deliverables; align with the general social calendar to ensure deliverables are scheduled and planned accordingly
  • Ideate on and design branded assets using Canva (with attention to both Boardroom & sponsor guidelines)
  • Schedule and publish using Later and/or Sprout Social, in-app
  • Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, align with copy tone, and reflect sponsor expectations
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface actionable insights to Sr. Director
  • Collaborate across departments to make branded content feel native and valuable to our audience

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of experience creating/managing social media content, ideally with a strong focus on brand partnerships
  • A sharp understanding of what works across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, stakeholders, and brand voices
  • Expert in Canva; bonus if you're skilled in Photoshop, Adobe Suite, or Figma
  • Experience using Later/ Sprout Social for scheduling
  • A pulse on the sports, business, entertainment, and creator economy landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience working with sales or partnerships teams, and a portfolio of branded campaigns you’ve brought to life
  • General experience using basic AI tools to enhance productivity
