Apartment community looking for someone to perform the following duties:
<ul>
<li>
Full time 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
</li>
<li>
Effectively clean and maintain all elevators, floor landings, stairwells and corridors
</li>
<li>
Empty all trash receptacles
</li>
<li>
Keep all entry locations and foyers free of soil, trash and litter
</li>
<li>
Polish, spot clean and vacuum all carpeted areas and lighting fixtures
</li>
<li>
Keep first floor exterior windows, all interior windows and glass doors clean
</li>
<li>
Clean office, community room and fitness area daily
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
Prior cleaning experience
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
Prior excellent customer service experience
</li>
<li>
Possess excellent communications skills
</li>
<li>
Clean valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
</li>
<li>
Drug free and clean criminal background
</li>
</ul>
