Position Overview

Rezolut Imaging is seeking a Service Dispatcher (Service Fusion Administrator) with expertise in medical imaging operations to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service requests across multiple time zones, managing workflows in Service Fusion, and tracking operational performance metrics. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical knowledge, strong customer service skills, and data analysis capabilities to ensure smooth and efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary dispatcher for medical imaging equipment service requests across multiple time zones (East Coast and West Coast).
  • Administer and manage workflows within Service Fusion to support service operations.
  • Coordinate with field service engineers, vendors, and imaging centers to schedule and track service activities.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and provide data analysis and reporting to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate service records, track ticket progress, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by acting as the central communication point for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements in service operations.
  • Support leadership with special projects related to equipment, service contracts, and operational reporting.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in medical imaging, healthcare service operations, or a related field required.
  • Proficiency with Service Fusion required.
  • Proficiency with Service Applications (i.e. Service Titan, Service Fusion, Service now, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to support nationwide operations.
