EverLine Coatings, a rapidly scaling commercial service brand is looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive Asphalt Repair Team lead to lead crews in our Westchester location. Our small but rapidly growing team is in need of a critical field training and support function leader to successfully launch and support our growing network.

Job brief
We are looking for Asphalt Repair team lead to oversee all staff, and operations of the local business unit.
Asphalt Repair team lead responsibilities include managing people, and ensuring that the work is executed to a high standard. To be successful in this role, you should be diligent, detail and results oriented, helping our people develop and be productive while ensuring our profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of asphalt repair activities
• Ensure work is done to a high level
• Collaborate with owner on strategy and goal setting for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for ownership
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Construction experience a plus

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as asphalt crew lead or similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
