OTE: $150,000-$175,000

Job Summary
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from identifying and engaging prospective clients to closing deals and ensuring smooth handoffs to the client success team. This is an outbound-focused role targeting firms in our ideal client profile, requiring a hunter mentality and a consultative approach. You’ll be working in-office alongside experienced leadership, building relationships with decision-makers, and directly contributing to the company’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage target firms through cold calls, emails, and networking
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
- Lead product demonstrations, handle contract negotiations, and close new business
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast sales in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on results and feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in an outbound role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive-level presence
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a collaborative, in-person work environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, SaaS, or professional services industries
- Background selling into service-based or advisory businesses
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
