Job Summary: The Director – HR Support Services will be a key player in shaping the future of HR within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They will lead high-impact projects that drive meaningful change for employees and the organization. While primarily a remote position, employee is required to attend semi-monthly in office cadence. From time to time, additional in-person team meetings may be required as well.
Schedule: Monday - Friday Business hours
Essential Functions:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CHRO to develop and execute key HR strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and business goals.
- Lead and drive special projects, initiatives, and organizational priorities across the HR function.
- Act as a thought partner to the CHRO, providing insights and recommendations on people strategy, benefit strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor HR trends and industry best practices to enhance strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence
- Drive operational efficiency by streamlining HR processes, governance, and reporting mechanisms.
- Own and oversee the HR department's key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure progress toward key objectives. In addition, ensure the publishing of the Monthly HR Newsletter to leadership.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by ensuring the CHRO is well-informed and prepared for executive meetings, board discussions, and company-wide initiatives.
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation within the HR function, ensuring optimal use of resources.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as a key liaison between the CHRO and HR leadership team, ensuring strong cross-functional communication and alignment.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communication materials for senior leadership.
- Represent the CHRO in key meetings and discussions, ensuring continuity of leadership and decision-making.
- Act as a culture champion by promoting an inclusive, high-performance, and people-centric workplace.
Leadership & Special Initiatives
- Lead critical HR initiatives, such as employee experience and change management programs.
- Drive leadership development efforts by working closely with HR business partners and talent management teams.
- Manage and support crisis response and change management strategies as needed.
- Mentor and develop high-potential HR leaders, fostering a strong leadership pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in HR, strategy, consulting, or business operations, with at least 3+ years in a senior advisory or project management role.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, drive strategic initiatives, and manage competing priorities.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience in HR functions such as talent management, workforce planning, or organizational design is a plus.
Salary Pay Range$135,000—$150,000 USD
