About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven VP of Marketing with a strong performance marketing background to lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion efforts. This role requires an analytical and strategic thinker with expertise in paid media, digital marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, and conversion rate optimization.

You will be responsible for developing data-driven, omnichannel growth strategies, and managing a marketing team who oversees our businesses (Partners) agency partnerships. You will leverage our existing LSP marketing technology stack to oversee our Partners to optimize lead generation and customer lifetime value (LTV).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Regional Marketing Team, partnering with local teams (GMs and local marketing specialists) to standardize marketing approaches and oversee marketing budgets across Partners.
  • Support Regional Marketing Team efforts to empower local Partners to execute their marketing plan in alignment with budgets. Deep dive with Partners where marketing challenges persist to enable marketing plan recovery.
  • Sustain and evolve existing performance-driven marketing strategies tailored to each LSP Partner.
  • Manage and strengthen agency partnerships to drive high-performing customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Oversee and optimize omnichannel lead generation efforts across digital (Google Local Services Ads, PPC, Facebook, Display, Retargeting) and offline channels (TV, direct mail, radio/podcast).
  • Improve real-time marketing dashboards in collaboration with data and finance teams to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Identify, test, and scale new growth channels, including partnerships, referral programs, and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Leverage data and analytics to track and refine key marketing metrics like Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Utilize attribution modeling and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with field teams, call centers, and franchise locations to ensure a seamless customer journey from marketing touchpoints through service delivery.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement, retention, and maximize lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute email, SMS, and remarketing strategies to enhance repeat business.
  • With our Agencies, build and implement local SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and dominate search rankings in target markets.
  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
  • Agency management experience—either leading external marketing agencies or working within an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in data-driven marketing, including A/B testing, attribution modeling, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies, including local SEO, PPC, and CRM automation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity in a multi-location environment.
  • Residential services industry and/or multi-location operations experience is a plus but not required.
