Responsibilities
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external communications, ensuring efficient and clear information flow.
Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain important documents, records, and reports, ensuring easy access when needed by the team.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars effectively by scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Office Coordination: Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies, overseeing equipment maintenance, and coordinating with service providers.
Task Monitoring: Track and ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects by following up with relevant stakeholders.
Confidential Handling: Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information, ensuring that all data is securely managed and stored.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment operation.
