Requirements:

• 3 or more years of experience managing web-based software projects in a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project reporting tools.
• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management (GDPR, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with coordinating internal teams and external vendor resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects, defining scope and goals.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as needed.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes to maintain quality and objectives.
• Communicate project status, expectations, and progress to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments for seamless project execution.
