Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a motivated Dutch Speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a critical part in the recruitment process, connecting talented candidates with exciting job opportunities. As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter, you will leverage your language skills while collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract top talent for various roles through innovative recruiting methods.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for positions.
- Engage with candidates in Dutch via phone, email, and social media.
- Work closely with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our tracking systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
- Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to connect with candidates and clients effectively.
- Proficiency in using online recruitment tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to work remotely.
