Title: Metro New York Sales Manager

Job Summary

VINTUS NY is looking for a talented and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing wholesale Sales team. Their main duties include direct management of the Metro NY sales team, servicing as an overlay to the top Key Accounts in NY Metro, and will function as the supplier representative between the Vintus NY Wholesale and Vintus Importing.

Responsibilities

Management of team of Accounts Specialists in NY Metro

Revenue generation

Sales Coaching and Training

Prospecting new account openings

Field work expected 3-4 days per week

Key Account Development for Top Current and Potential On/Off Premise Accounts

Overlay with Account Specialists to develop a growth strategy for VINTUS New York sales for our top customers

Development of direct relationships with key stakeholders at Key Account

Sales Management for VINTUS National Brands

Lead of local sales strategy for VINTUS National Brands

Goaling and Programming of VINTUS National Brands

Representation in NY of VINTUS National Brands

Management of Account Allocations for VINTUS National Brands

Leading market work for Key VINTUS National Brand Representatives

Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of field sales with a proven track record of consistent delivery against business plans and targets

Four-year college degree, preferred;?

Five+ years of management experience in the adult beverage industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products

Knowledge of how to develop client focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Understanding of how to position products against competitors

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $120,000 - $140,000. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
