This FP&A and Compensation Analyst hybrid Finance-HR position in our New York City office, supports headcount planning, workforce cost modeling, and compensation strategy across our 18-country global footprint. Reporting into FP&A with a dotted line to Total Rewards, the analyst will provide insights and tools to improve how we forecast and invest in our people.

Location: NYC / East Coast Hybrid

Job Type: Full Time, Exempt

Work Schedule: Schedule fluctuates based on workloads (Core hours 9AM-5PM). Rotation of on-call weekend responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Workforce Modeling

  • Build and maintain global headcount, salary, bonus, and benefit models with a focus on automation and accuracy.
  • Partners with HR and business leaders align workforce planning with financial targets.
  • Analyze trends, costs, and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Support quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and executive reporting.
  • Deliver variance analysis on workforce costs vs. budget, including drivers of change.
  • Provide scenario modeling for hiring plans, restructuring, and M&A activity.

Compensation Strategy & Analytics (50%)

  • Conduct internal pay reviews and external market analyses to ensure competitive, equitable compensation.
  • Support salary range development, incentive modeling, and annual planning tools.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to deliver actionable compensation insights.
  • Support real-time analysis during merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with Finance, HR, Payroll, and Systems teams to ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Support ad hoc human capital analyses and strategic projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement across planning and compensation processes.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Compensation, or People Analytics
  • Strong Excel and Financial modeling skills
  • Familiarity with ADP and Deel
  • Experience with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, WTW)
  • Clear communicator with an analytical mindset
  • Experience working across multiple countries or currencies is a plus
  • Experience with NetSuite, and workforce planning tools


Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 annually + bonus eligibility
