<p><strong>Product Knowledge and Expertise</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Five plus years of experience in the propane industry</li>
<li>Plan workloads for delivery drivers, installers, service technicians and dispatchers</li>
<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of our high-end heating products, their features, and benefits</li>
<li>Manage on-site truck fleet and resources</li>
<li>Work alongside the Heating Technical Trainer to develop standards and provide training to the field team and new hires.</li>
<li>Proficient in servicing, installing, and maintaining propane and natural gas heating systems, inclusive of pool &amp; spa heaters.</li>
<li>Fluent in all local, and national propane and natural gas industry standards</li>
</ul>
