We're looking for a Director of Sales to oversee and guide the entire sales cycle, ensuring that our sales targets are met and that they align with our overall revenue strategy and are set up for success in driving exceptional results.
Position Summary:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales function, including strategy development, team management, and performance optimization. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this leader will be tasked with setting and executing the vision for the sales department and ensuring consistent growth and success across all sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage prospects via sales calls, video meetings, and personalized outreach to build strong client relationships.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the MarTech and Lead Generation space.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive expansion and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Represent the brand at industry events, webinars, and conferences when needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in MarTech with SaaS, digital marketing, or lead generation industries.
- Proven track record of phone-based selling and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or customer engagement tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- Ability to build trust quickly with decision-makers.
- Passion for MarTech and how it transforms marketing and sales efforts.
- Preferably based in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT) or willing to travel periodically to HQ/client events.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
