- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of processed information.
- Generate and format reports as needed.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing data for management or department use.
- Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
- Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or clarify information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
