Our client is a financial services firm. They seek a temp to perm Accounting Administrator to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Field incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Maintain support and name conventions in folders
- Manage expenses and summarize payment packages
- Help with AP, AR, and billing responsibilities
- Assist with compliance as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Previous accounting experience
- Financial services industry background
- Organized and analytical
- Skilled in Concur and Excel
