Administrative & Finance Assistant
We're looking for a dynamic Receptionist /Administrative Finance Assistant to join our growing team . This pivotal role ensures the efficient operation of our office, provides crucial administrative support across departments, and acts as the welcoming ambassador for our company. Contract to hire!
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming communications, including phone calls and mail.

Perform essential accounting support: customer billing, A/P invoice coding, data entry, and accounts receivable follow-up.

Organize and execute on-site events for employees and guests (meetings, parties, catering).

Oversee office amenities, including vending machine management.

Provide targeted administrative assistance to various departments as required.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of administrative experience.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (basic formulas; VLOOKUP preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Basic mathematical aptitude.

Experience in a manufacturing environment.
-
Prior accounting/bookkeeping experience is a plus.
