Job DescriptionSalary: $60,000 - 65,000

Essential Functions

  • Assist with Credit card & Bank Reconciliation
  • Entry of Vendor Invoices: Accurately enter and process vendor invoices in the system.
  • Payment Application & Statement Reconciliation: Apply payments to vendor accounts and perform regular account statement reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage incoming payments and keep records of outstanding balances.
  • AR Aging Knowledge: Understand and maintain the AR aging report, ensuring timely follow-up on overdue accounts.
  • Accounts Review: Regularly review financial statements to identify discrepancies or areas of concern.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the accounting department.

Qualifications

  • Associate's/bachelors degree in accounting
  • Familiarity with Purchase Orders and Invoice Matching.
  • Strong understanding of AR Aging and payment applications.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office and jobsite setting. The position requires extensive client interfacing and requires rotation between remote and physical work environment. This position uses standard office equipment.


Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to maintain a stationary position, ascend/descend and traverse. The position also requires frequent use of computers and other office productivity machinery. At times, duties may involve transporting items of appx. 25 pounds and working around outdoor weather conditions. The position is expected to require prolonged periods of communication, perceiving, and expressing oneself.

This is a full-time position.
