Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. This is not your average sales role—you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and creating sales funnels that drive consistent revenue growth. If you are a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads, focusing on small to mid-sized businesses.

  • Develop and maintain B2B sales funnels, tracking prospects through all stages of the sales process.

  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently, with a focus on long-term business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM and provide regular reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing, tech, or service industries.

  • Ability to build and manage effective sales funnels.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
