Are you passionate about the insurance industry and have a knack for managing commercial lines? We are seeking an experienced Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be directly responsible for servicing and maintaining a book of business, fostering strong relationships with clients, and ensuring all their commercial insurance needs are met. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager, your duties will include:

1. Managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring all insurance needs are effectively met.
2. Analyzing policies and identifying any potential risks or gaps in coverage.
3. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
5. Collaborating with sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
6. Developing and implementing risk management strategies for clients.
7. Handling policy changes, renewals, and new business submissions.
8. Using problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find the best insurance solutions.
9. Coordinating and managing projects as needed.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Commercial Lines Account Manager position will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial lines account management.
2. Proficiency in customer service, risk management, policy analysis, problem-solving, client relations, and project management.
3. A current Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
4. Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk management strategies.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex insurance policies.
8. Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
9. Proficiency in using various insurance software systems.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field is preferred.
