Job DescriptionROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Agent's Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Greg Long - State Farm Agent, you will work closely with the agent and the office managers to support continued agency growth. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the energetic and optimistic team member we are searching for. RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist agent in managing two agency locations</li>
<li>Manage agent's calendar, email, mail, etc.</li>
<li>Prepare and distribute daily announcements, team performance reports, training materials, etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate 3rd party vendors and suppliers</li>
<li>Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Attention to detail</li>
<li>Proactive in problem-solving</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members</li>
<li>Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.</li>
