Job DescriptionOffice Assistant Wanted
Established, growing electrical contracting company seeks Office Assistant with at least 2 years' experience.
The ideal candidate will have a positive and professional attitude. Must be comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
Tasks:
-Handles and routes incoming phone calls, visitors and deliveries.
-Sort and distribute incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail.
-Assist with new hire paperwork, payroll, as well as health insurance paperwork.
-Perform other office duties as assigned.
***Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor a plus.
***Knowledge of Construction experience a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift (Flexible Schedule)
- 3 days a week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office: 2 years (Preferred)
