We are a New York-based high-end jewelry company seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the company president and manage day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of administrative experience, the ability to handle general secretarial duties independently, and a strong aptitude for supporting additional administrative tasks as needed. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; fluency in French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:

Provide comprehensive support to the company president, including attending various activities, events, and meetings with the president, and ensuring all engagements run smoothly. 为公司总裁提供全面支持,包括陪同总裁参加各类活动、会议和重要场合,并确保所有事务顺利进行。

Maintain accurate and organized records of the president’s instructions, decisions, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-up and execution. 详细且有序地记录总裁的指示、决策及往来事务,确保及时跟进和执行。

Handle general secretarial duties such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal teams and external contacts, while working closely with the president to ensure operational efficiency. 处理日常秘书事务,如管理日程、协调会议,以及与内部团队和外部联系人的沟通协作,同时与总裁紧密配合以确保办公室高效运作。

Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations. 为市场部提供行政及运营支持,确保日常工作顺利进行。

Qualifications / 任职要求:

Bachelor’s degree or higher. 本科及以上学历。

2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably with prior experience as a secretary. 2–3 年行政工作经验,优先考虑具有秘书工作经验者。
