About Keenan & Bhatia, LLC
Keenan & Bhatia, LLC is a plaintiff-side employment discrimination and civil rights law firm entering its 15th year of fighting for fairness in the workplace. With four global offices, 17+ team members, and $10M in annual revenue, we help workers heal, rebuild, and move forward after discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
We achieve outstanding results by maximizing the value of each case through dedication, creativity, and innovative thinking. Our team pairs legal excellence with human-centered care—serving clients with clarity, compassion, and strength. We’re seeking a seasoned Director of Operations to bring structure, accountability, and strategic focus to our growing firm as our Integrator under the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).
The Role
This is a full-time, in-person leadership role based in New York City, with potential for 1–2 hybrid days per week after onboarding. As Director of Operations, you’ll lead all non-legal aspects of the firm—finance, HR, systems, intake, marketing, and technology—so the founders can focus on legal strategy, client storytelling, and firm growth.
You’ll be the operational backbone of a firm that helps people through some of the hardest chapters of their lives. Your leadership will ensure that our systems, people, and culture empower our clients to experience real healing and lasting outcomes.
