As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that every area is sanitized and welcoming for our clients.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, tile maintenance, and hardwood floor care.
• Laundry linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for use.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
• Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of all cleaning assignments.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or hotel cleaning preferred but not required.
• You need to travel with your cleaning supplies.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific cleaning instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation techniques and use of cleaning supplies is advantageous.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
