We are seeking an IT Help Desk team member to join us. You will resolve computer-related issues for fellow employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Tend the help desk area
  • Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to tickets in our Zendesk environment
  • Assist with on boarding of new users and training existing employees
  • Reporting and management of our JAMF Pro system
  • Virus/Malware remediation
  • General printer, copier, and scanning repairs
  • Conference room maintenance and installs

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with fellow employees
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
