We are seeking an IT Help Desk team member to join us. You will resolve computer-related issues for fellow employees.
Responsibilities:
- Tend the help desk area
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to tickets in our Zendesk environment
- Assist with on boarding of new users and training existing employees
- Reporting and management of our JAMF Pro system
- Virus/Malware remediation
- General printer, copier, and scanning repairs
- Conference room maintenance and installs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with fellow employees
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
