We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices and billing statements to clients in a timely manner.

• Monitor and manage outstanding accounts to ensure prompt collections.

• Maintain and update billing records within computerized systems.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries professionally.

• Generate detailed reports related to billing and accounts receivable.

• Assist with the implementation of efficient billing processes and procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations.

• Verify data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Support month-end and year-end financial reconciliation processes.

• Strong knowledge of computerized billing systems and software.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle billing collections and resolve discrepancies effectively.

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing billing statements and reports.

• Solid communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

• Familiarity with general accounting principles and practices.
