Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience working in a similar role for a company that makes mixed Hardware-Electronics and related software for PLC -driven Automation Control type Systems
Experience working for a company that builds and designs technology (ideally mixing hardware AND software) for external clients.
Business Analysis Experience "bridging the gap" between the technical and business aspects of building-designing and delivering WMS Systems: engaging/communicating with key stakeholders (technical and non-technical business users); requirements gathering, SDLC Project coordination and communication, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Initial User training, Systems Documentation, Project Reporting (including Metrics Reporting); gap analysis/solution recommendation; analysis of Warehouse System workflows, Data Flow Diagramming.
Client Success Experience: Prototype Demonstrations, Product Presentation-Explanation, Client Onboarding (software system setup and configuration), Initial Technical Support and Issue Resolution, Collaboration with cross functional teams including SW Engineering, HW Engineering, Product Management, Sales, External Client-Engineering Management and others.
Detail Oriented, Self-Motivated and Very Organized with the proven ability to work on multiple Software Development projects simultaneously.
SQL Server: experience with basic SQL Queries and Reporting; Must have experience pulling-accessing SQL Server data for the purpose of reporting and analysis; Experience with Excel is also preferred.
A College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
Experience with warehouse management (WMS) or Warehouse Automation or Material Handling type software is a strong plus.
