MUST BE A U.S.-BASED, FINRA-LICENSED INVESTMENT BANKER WITH PROVEN STARTUP CAPITAL RAISING EXPERIENCE — REQUIRED FOR SUCCESS-FEE COMPENSATION.
ACCEPTABLE FINRA SECURITIES REGISTRATIONS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- Series 7 – General Securities Representative
- Series 63 – Uniform Securities State Law Exam
- Series 79 – Investment Banking Representative
- Series 82 – Private Securities Offerings Representative

About the Engagement:
SMG is seeking a U.S.-based, FINRA-LICENSED INVESTMENT BANKER to support our $500K–$1M Angel Round (Reg D 506(c)) by making warm introductions to accredited HNW Angel Investors and/or entrepreneurial Family Offices.
This is a targeted capital introduction/referral mandate, not a full-scope investment banking engagement.
Given the prior unsolicited $500K SAFE term sheet, completed diligence, investor-ready materials, and minimal prep required, this is a streamlined, validated capital raise—ideal for professionals with strong HNW Angel Investor relationships and success-fee flexibility.
Apply if you:
- Have a strong personal network of accredited HNW Angel Investors / Family Offices
- Have experience with early-stage, angel-stage, pre-seed, or founder-led raises (Reg D 506(c))
- Are open to performance-based compensation (success-fee or equity-linked terms only; no upfront cash comp)
- Hold the required FINRA licenses to lawfully receive success-fee compensation (e.g., Series 7, 63, 79, 82, or equivalent).
Compensation:
- Success-fee, paid only upon investor close
