Customer Service Representative – Full Time (Hybrid)

Location: New York City, NY

Salary: $62,000–$65,000 per year + Performance-Based Bonus

Schedule: Hybrid – at least 2 days work from home per week

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent support and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. Your responsibilities will include:


Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems


Assisting with order updates, delivery coordination, and issue resolution


Managing warranty claims and coordinating with internal teams for service requests


Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups


Providing product information and guidance on usage or setup


Ensuring a professional and courteous customer experience at all times


What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement)


2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or machinery/equipment sectors


Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism


Experience with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Gladly, etc.) is a plus


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities


U.S. citizenship is required for this position
