POSITION SUMMARY:
The National Manager, Production Print Systems (PPS) is responsible for identifying and developing high-volume production print accounts in the US. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through direct sales, relationship building, and strategic partnerships. The National Manager will be accountable for achieving an annual inkjet unit target and will balance virtual and in-person sales activities.

- Achieve annual sales goals and unit targets for high-volume production inkjet systems.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and partnerships.
- Maintain organized sales reporting and accurate HubSpot CRM management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct Sales Execution:
o Lead full-cycle sales of production inkjet printers to large production accounts.
o Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations tailored to client workflows and business needs.
2.Pipeline Management:
o Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel, ensuring visibility into key opportunities and wins.
o Regularly update sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy in sales reports.
3. Strategic Sales Activities:
o Conduct client needs assessments and workflow evaluations to demonstrate RISO’s product advantages.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customized solutions and close deals.
4. Industry Leadership:
o Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences (10% travel) to represent RISO and foster relationships with key players.
5. Administrative Excellence:
o Stay organized by updating HubSpot CRM with all relevant client activities and documentation.
o Prepare quotes, proposals, and performance reports for leadership review.
EXPECTATIONS FOR TIME ALLOCATION:
- Virtual Sales Activities (30%): First calls, presentations, webinars, and virtual demos.
- Field Sales Activities (40%): On-site visits for client assessments, application reviews, and closing meetings.
- Industry Events (10%): Attend trade shows and relevant conferences.
- Internal Collaboration (5%): Participate in training, team meetings, and planning sessions.
- Administrative Tasks (15%): Prepare sales reports, update HubSpot, and collaborate on marketing plans.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 5-10 years of direct sales experience within the production print industry or related field.
- Industry Knowledge: General understanding of print-to-mail workflows and experience engaging with Operations Managers, CTOs, and stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship building.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize activities, and maintain thorough sales records.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Workflow assessment experience.
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding annual revenue targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar platform.
