Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in our Commercial Lines Department. Our Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep/Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.
**Salary commensurate with experience**

Responsibilities
- Obtain underwriting information for new commercial clients from our sales department.
- Complete Acord applications in our Agency Management System (AMS360). Complete all required supplemental applications.
- Prepare quotes using insurance carriers on-line rating programs.
- Work with insurance carrier underwriters to obtain quotations and negotiate terms.
- Document each customer contact in AMS360.
- Issue Evidence of Insurance / Certificates of Insurance / Auto ID Cards.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Claim follow up calls.
- Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Requirements
- Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
